Community

Life at Pine Valley

Pine Valley is a small planned community of about 201 acres in Flagstaff, Arizona, where the life is quiet, outdoors, and unhurried. The community is not built around a clubhouse or a calendar of events; it is built around the land itself: trails, meadow, pond, and sky.

Snow & seasons

Deep winters and gold falls, the two seasons everyone waits for.

The Commons

Shared ground, kept open.

Everything the community shares sits on land that stayed wild. The pond, the meadow, the trails, and the gathering terraces were planned second, after the forest and its sight lines. Together they give Pine Valley its daily rhythm.

Gathering terraces
